A seriously special and increasingly collectible Rover Mini Cooper 35th Anniversary, finished in its iconic Almond Green — with just 200 examples produced for one year only.

This is number 186 of 200, making it a particularly desirable limited-edition Mini. Having been owned by myself for the majority of the past year, I’ve covered over 2,000 miles in it completely problem-free and have genuinely fallen in love with it.

It’s a fantastic little car that has clearly been cared for, with a solid underside, stacks of paperwork and plenty of recent maintenance.

Recently serviced, it’s also had a new coil, clutch master and slave cylinders, and new carpets. The Maniflow exhaust sounds absolutely beautiful — exactly how a classic Mini should sound.

Inside, it’s equally lovely, with seats in great condition, a smart headliner, the original Rover radio, a beautiful wooden Mini Cooper steering wheel and a boot kit with the car.

The one negative: the passenger door has unfortunately rusted and ideally wants replacing. The door is perfectly usable as it stands, but if you wanted to take the car to the next level and perfect it, a replacement passenger door would be the job to do.

A genuinely special limited-edition Mini with the right combination of rarity, originality, history and recent mechanical attention. With only 200 made and finished in the unmistakable Almond Green, these 35th Anniversary cars are becoming harder and harder to find.

A lovely example that has been enjoyed, maintained and — importantly — actually used.
